A3: 1-3 days for sample order ; 10-15 days for bulk order.

A4:All our products must accept 5 kinds of Checks during production:raw material check, Lights beads check, aluminum plate check, power supply check and the finished products need to pass 48 hours aging test.



Q5: How do you deal with the quality problem products after I buy your product?
A5:3years warranty for quality. If any quality problem happened, we will supply new products as replacement by free.



Q6: Do you do OEM or ODM ?
A6: Yes, Of Course ,We have very experienced in-house design staff,and we possess extensive mold-making capability.Our lead engineer,Mr.He,has more than 10 years’s experience with master degree.

A7: Our market mainly in EU .All our products with EU listed .Like TUV CE ROHS ERP LM79, Now we are developing North America markets. Our UL Certification is making. It will be finished on june 10th ,2016.
